In 1000 A.D. Vikings found North America (they Found Canada) and called it Newfoundland. In the winter when it was really cold They lived in thule winter house's which are dome shaped house's made and covered up with things naturaly occuring on earth.(this picture on the bottom right is mainly what a thule winter house mainely looked like). After a couple years up North the Vikings went south(just a couple miles) finding the North Native Americans. Scientist have found native American Arrow heads in Viking settlements so they conclude that Vikings and Native Americans have had contact before fighting.
